Please note: As of July 1, 2024, TruMark Financial will no longer offer prepaid reloadable cards (this update does not impact our Visa® gift card services).
Important changes and effective dates pertaining to prepaid reloadable cards:
- September 30, 2024
- TruMark Financial will no longer renew prepaid reloadable cards and will discontinue replacing lost or stolen cards. If your card expires or is lost/stolen after this date, please contact us promptly to arrange a refund of your remaining balance.
- March 3, 2025
- The reload options to add funds to your prepaid reloadable card will be turned off. Please use the remaining balance on your card prior to May 1, 2025.
- May 1, 2025
- Your prepaid reloadable card will be closed. If you have a remaining balance at this time, please contact the credit union so we can arrange a refund of your remaining balance.
If you would like to receive a refund for the balance on your prepaid reloadable card or discuss alternative payment options for the future, please call 1-877-TRUMARK.
