Every time you select credit instead of debit at checkout you’ll earn CURewards points. Earn one point for every $5 you spend using your TruMark Financial Visa® debit card, and earn one point for every $1 you spend using your Rewards Visa® credit card.
As points add up, redeem them for cash, travel or retail gift cards, merchandise, and more.* Plus, extra points are earned when shopping in-store or online at select local, regional, and national merchants with CURewards Mall. How to view/redeem CURewards points via online banking
Log into online banking or TruMark Financial’s mobile app
Click “Card Services” > “CURewards”
The CURewards site will open to your rewards account, registration is not needed
How to view/redeem/enroll in CURewards via curewards.com (Businesses on the TruMark Financial CU Business+ app should follow these steps):
Visit curewards.com and click “Register”
Enter 110019 + your TruMark Financial account number, preceded by as many zeroes as needed to make the account number 16 digits.For example:
If your account number is 12345, your new CURewards account number would be 1100190000012345
If your account number is 12345678, your new CURewards account would 1100190012345678
Cash Rewards
Redemptions for cash start at a minimum of 5,000 points for $50.
There is a monthly maximum of 20,000 points for $200, and a yearly maximum of 120,000 points for $1,200.*
Cash rewards will be deposited into your TruMark Financial savings or checking account seven to 10 business days after the request is submitted.
To check your available CURewards points or other rewards available, access CURewards via online banking/TruMark Financial’s mobile app by logging into your account and clicking “Member Services” > “Card Services” > “CURewards”.
CURewards Mall
Earn
Every time you use your TruMark Financial Visa® debit card or Rewards Visa® credit card at a CURewards Mall merchant, you earn extra points.
Shop
Access CURewards via online/mobile banking by logging into your account and clicking “Member Services” > “Card Services” > “CURewards” > “Earn” and find your favorite participating online or in-store retailers.
Redeem
Your Mall points will automatically combine with your CURewards points for even bigger rewards. Redeem them for cash, gift cards, merchandise, travel gift cards, and more.
Online Mall – Click “Earn” > “Shop Mall” then click “Online Offers” at the bottom of the page to view available online special offers. Simply select a store and then click “Shop”. Extra points will be applied to your account within 60 days when you complete the online purchase using your TruMark Financial Visa® debit card or Rewards credit card.
In-Store Mall – Click “Earn” > “Shop Mall” then click “In-Store Offers” to view special offers. Select stores need to be activated so remember to click the “Activate” button next to each store before you shop. Earn Mall points for each in-store purchase when you use your TruMark Financial Visa® debit card or Rewards Visa® credit card.
