TruMark Financial has named Christine Bollendorf vice president of its Member Service Center. Bollendorf brings with her over 15 years’ experience in the financial industry, starting as a Member Service Center (MSC) representative at TruMark Financial where she interacted daily with members to assist them with their banking needs. In 2020, she moved into the role of assistant vice president of operations of the MSC where she was responsible for managing the MSC systems and operations. In addition, she led the implementation of a new procedural formatting program which increased efficiency and reduced training time.
As vice president of the Member Service Center, Bollendorf will be responsible for overseeing the entire MSC, ensuring operations, sales, and service standards are met. “Christine’s ability to multi-task under pressure and her excellent attention to detail and organizational skills will serve her well in her new position,” said First Vice President Retail Division Director Benjamin Fetterman.
In her spare time Bollendorf, a graduate of Millersville State University and a Northeast Philadelphia resident, enjoys swimming, do-it-yourself home projects, and hiking with her dogs.
