Misplaced your card? TruMark Financial has you covered

Should you misplace your TruMark Financial debit and/or credit card, simply lock/unlock it via online banking or TruMark Financial’s mobile app. Lock the card when you realize it’s missing, unlock it when you find it.

How to lock/unlock your debit or credit card:

  1. Log into online banking or TruMark Financial’s mobile app
  2. Click “Member Services” then “Card Services”
  3. Click on “Lock/Unlock a Lost/Stolen card”
  4. Select the card you wish to lock/unlock

Locking/unlocking your card isn’t a notification there have been unauthorized transactions on your account. It’s simply a way to confirm no transactions can be made until you find your card. If your card is lost or stolen, or if you notice unauthorized transactions, please call 1-877-TRUMARK immediately.
