Managing your money from your mobile phone
TruMark Financial offers mobile banking services allowing access to your accounts anytime, anywhere. Using secure technology, view transactions, make transfers, pay bills, and more from the convenience of your web-enabled cell phone or mobile device, using text messages, a web browser, or TruMark Financial’s mobile app.
Download TruMark Financial’s mobile app to:
- Check account balances
- Review transaction history of deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions
- Transfer between accounts
- Make loan payments
- Add a share – open a certificate or money market account while logged into online banking
- Select “Add a Share”
- Pay bills and review payment history
- Deposit checks with mobile deposit
- Send money person-to-person via Popmoney
- Quick Balance – see a snapshot of your account balances without signing in by tapping a button on the log in screen. To set up Quick Balance, simply log into TruMark Financial’s mobile app and tap Menu > Member Services > User Services > Manage Quick Balance.
- Touch ID Login using Fingerprint Authentication – securely log into TruMark Financial’s mobile app without entering your password. To set up Touch ID Login, simply log into TruMark Financial’s mobile app and tap Menu > Member Services > User Services > Touch ID Login. (Note: Not all phones are enabled with technology to accept Fingerprint Authentication)
- Lock/unlock lost or stolen cards – simply log into TruMark Financial’s mobile app or online banking and tap Menu > Card Services > Lock/Unlock a Lost/Stolen Credit, Debit or ATM Card
