IDCheck for Shared Branching

IDCheck offers a more secure way to verify your identity in-branch, helping to ensure your account remains protected from unauthorized access.

Starting May 1, 2025, when you visit a shared branch location, you’ll be able to verify your identity using IDCheck. This new feature offers a more secure way to confirm your identity in-branch, helping to protect your account from unauthorized access.

Follow these steps when you next visit a shared branch location:

    1. Scan the QR code located in the branch or visit verify.coop.org.
    2. Select your credit union’s name from the drop-down list.
    3. Enter your member number and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
    4. Upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie.

💡Tip: Save your validation for an even quicker experience next time!

    1. Show your one-time passcode to the representative (passcode is valid for 20 minutes).
