Community events

TruMark Financial employees and members partake in a number of events such as blood donations, clothing drives, and food collection, to give back to the local community.

Credit union clothing drive supports women returning to the workplace

Credit union employees, as well as members, donated new and gently used professional clothing and accessories to support women re-entering the workplace. Career Wardrobe, a nonprofit social enterprise, uses clothing and professional development to empower unemployed individuals to transition back to work.

Credit union employees making a difference with a blood drive

TruMark Financial® Credit Union employees and members of the community donated blood at the credit union’s semi-annual blood drive to support the American Red Cross. Twenty-four pints of blood were donated which has the potential of saving more than 72 lives.

Small acts of kindness go a long way

Demonstrating the credit union philosophy “People Helping People,” branch employees donated shopping bags of groceries and cases of water along with a cash donation. Small acts of kindness go a long way.

“People helping people” is the theme of the day

Demonstrating the credit union philosophy “People Helping People,” branch employees donated a shopping cart filled with non-perishable food items to a no contact drop- off site organized by Janicki Party Planning. The food items will help replenish the shelves at the Daily Bread Community Food Pantry and assist families who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
