Kristin Ronca, as the First Vice President and Director of Brand and Growth Strategy, brings an impressive track record of 20 years in brand and product marketing, having worked with renowned brands such as Target, Reebok, Coca-Cola, Dr Pepper, and Snapple. Over the past six years, she has demonstrated her expertise in leading brand and growth strategies at Adrenaline, a brand-experience company dedicated to serving the financial industry.
In her role as an executive sponsor and senior consultant for Adrenaline’s esteemed clients, Kristin consistently delivered exceptional results that surpassed client expectations. Now, as TruMark Financial’s Director of Brand and Growth Strategy, she will be responsible for overseeing brand and product marketing and development, driving growth for the credit union. Kristin is thrilled to join the TruMark Financial team, eager to make a significant impact on both the brand and the community it serves.
