How do I get started using Alexa?
Note: You will need to an Alexa-enabled device, an Amazon account, and the ability to access your accounts via online banking.
Start by enabling the TruMark Financial skill from your Alexa app. Log in with your online banking credentials and verify your identity. Lastly, set up a 4-digit passcode. We recommend using a different PIN than the one you currently use with any of your TruMark Financial accounts.

Why can’t I use my account titles or nicknames?
Alexa is still learning and may have trouble with names or titles outside of the English dictionary. Using an account number with a membership number will ensure you are always dealing with the right account.
