TruMark Financial announces new human resources vice president

Rachelle DeHoratius has been named vice president of human resources at TruMark Financial® Credit Union. DeHoratius brings more than 15 years’ experience in the human resources field, most recently serving as a consultant for MHD Consulting in Doylestown. Prior to working at MHD Consulting, she spent a large part of her career with Mars Wrigley Confectionery, Inc. as part of a team that partnered with senior leadership to provide support for more than 19,000 associates across the globe.

DeHoratius’ responsibilities included managing network recruitment strategies, employee engagement programs, and launching a mentor program within the Global Science and Technology division. In addition, she administered employee benefit programs, performed assessments with compensation teams, and developed succession plans.

In her new role, DeHoratius will be leading the human resources specialties team which includes recruiting, talent management compensation, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.

DeHoratius, a Temple University graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration – Human Resource Management and Marketing, is also a certified Human Resource Management Professional (SHRM). She resides in Doylestown with her husband and two daughters.
