Stefanie Y. Thompson has been named vice president, regional manager at TruMark Financial. In her new position Thompson will be responsible for operational oversight of 12 of the credit union’s branches.

Thompson brings more than 12 years’ experience in the financial industry, most recently serving as vice president, business banking center manager, at PNC Bank. In her role she was responsible for leading a team of sales professionals while driving business development results. During her career at PNC Bank Thompson received numerous awards for her stellar sales and service achievements. Thompson’s financial career also includes leadership roles at MBNA America Bank, Citigroup/Smith Barney, and Santander Bank. “Her experience will be an asset to the credit union’s strategic growth plan,” said Elizabeth Kaspern, TruMark Financial’s senior vice president, retail services.

Thompson received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership as well as a Master Degree in Business Administration from Eastern University. She also earned a Project Management Certification from Temple University and a Customer Experience (CX) Certification from Rutgers University.

Thompson grew up in Chester, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Lower Merion with her family.
