Online banking
After the credit card conversion, your transaction history prior to May 1, 2023, will no longer be available via online banking’s transaction history. Prior account history will be available via account statements.
Business members on TruMark Financial’s Business+ online banking/mobile app system will need the account administrator to reset entitlements for each new credit card.
Statements
Your credit card statements will now be sent separately from your TruMark Financial account statements. If you receive e-Statements, you will receive a separate notification email from creditcardestatement@trumark.org when the statement is available. To access your new credit card e-Statement after conversion, you will be required to enroll into the system and set up security questions.
Please note: You will receive a May and June paper statement even if you are currently enrolled in e-Statements.
Payments
You can easily make your credit card payment via TruMark Financial’s online banking/mobile app. Your payment will be due on the 28th of the month as it is today. Payments made after 5:30 p.m. will be posted the next day. Credit card payment amounts and due dates in TruMark Financial’s online banking/mobile app will update on the 2nd of each month.
If you have an automatic payment set, it will continue. If you need to mail a payment, please mail it to P.O. Box 37603, Philadelphia, PA 19101-0603. If you have your payment sent from a non-TruMark Financial bill pay system, please be sure to update the mailing address.
Please note: TruMark Financial credit card payments can’t be made directly via shared branching. However, you can continue to use shared branching to make a deposit into your savings/checking account and then transfer the funds to your credit card via TruMark Financial’s online banking/mobile app or by calling 1-877-TRUMARK.
Bill payments/recurring transactions
If you use your credit card to automatically pay recurring bills (i.e., electric, insurance, cable) or recurring subscription accounts (Amazon, EZPass, gym memberships, etc.), please be sure to update your account with your new credit card number, payment address (P.O. Box 37603, Philadelphia, PA 19101-0603), and other information after you activate your new card.

If you would like to have your credit card set up for overdraft protection in the event your checking account has insufficient funds, simply contact the credit union.* If you already have your credit card set as overdraft protection it will continue.
