TruMark Financial Credit Union’s core purpose is to help members reach their financial well-being, which requires a commitment to measuring member satisfaction and learning how member experience can be improved.
Soon there will be an easier, more convenient way to share your feedback with TruMark Financial. Beginning in June, members will be invited to take a short survey that will be sent on the credit union’s behalf by our partner Satmetrix Systems, Inc. As a valued TruMark Financial member, you may be asked to complete anywhere from one to four surveys per year, but never more than one per quarter. Your feedback is important to the credit union’s efforts to deliver exceptional member service. The survey may be sent when you complete a transaction or at random to share your views on your relationship with us.
