With account Alerts, you’ll be notified of activities on your deposit and loan accounts that matter to you.
- Balance alerts – when your balance reaches below or above a specified amount
- Transaction alerts – available by transaction type (i.e., ATM, bill payment, check cleared, fees, payroll) and amount
- Loan due alert – when your loan payment is due
- Secured message alert – when there’s a message waiting for you within online banking
To set-up account alerts, simply:
- Log into online banking or TruMark Financial’s mobile app
- Click “Member Services” in the menu on the left
- Click “Alerts”
- Choose the options and settings you prefer for your account

Get account info within seconds. Simply text a short command to “72654” and get the information you want like your account balance and recent transactions.
