Qualified applicant manages mortgage pipeline to optimize return on credit union secondary mortgage market operations.  This includes monitoring and recommending mortgage pricing, maximizing profit on loan sales, delivering committed loan pools.  The incumbent will calculate gains and losses and negotiate pricing with investors and report  data to the appropriate credit union staff.  They will monitor the daily interest rate pricing and make recommendations to the EVP/CFO of changes in daily rates necessary to limit the credit union's long term interest rate risk.  Kepps abreast of market conditions that may warrant pricing changes.  Must update/maintain appropriate procedures to maintain compliance with secondary market guidelines, and federal/state regulations. 

This position also serves as a liaison with vested parties (i.e. credit union department and government entities (GSEs)).

Qualified applicants must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or similar.  Continuing education preferred.  Three years plus mortgage experience with a focus on secondary market analytics.
