Log into Internet Teller without leading zeros by July 16, 2007
When you log in without the leading zeros of your account number, Internet Teller will consider you a new user. This means that your password will revert to your four digit Touch Teller PIN.

Current Bill Payer users must have bills transferred to the new user ID.
Once you have logged in without leading zeros, you must contact the Call Center at
1-877-TRUMARK to transfer your current Bill Payer records to your new Internet Teller user ID.  NOTE: You will not see your Bill Payer records until you contact the credit union to transfer them. If you set up your bills again manually without contacting the credit union, you risk making multiple bill payments.

If you have any additional questions about TruMark Financial's security update.  Call Center Representatives are available to assist you at 1-877-TRUMARK, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
