If your TruMark Financial Visa Check Card or Visa Credit Card has been lost or stolen or an unauthorized transfer from your account has occurred or may occur, please call: 215-953-5353 or 1-877-TRUMARK during normal business hours, weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Sundays 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding holidays, or otherwise call 888-822-2419 outside normal business hours.

If your TruMark Financial ATM card has been lost or stolen or an unauthorized transfer from your account has occurred or may occur, please call: 215-953-5353 or 1-877-TRUMARK during normal business hours, weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Sundays 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding holidays, or otherwise call 215-953-5950 or 800-835-2628 outside normal business hours.

You also may confirm such information about your lost or stolen ATM card, check card, or credit card by writing to: TruMark Financial Credit Union, 1000 Northbrook Drive, Trevose, PA 19053-8496

If you report any card lost or stolen, a new card is not automatically ordered. You need to call 215-953-5353 or 1-877-TRUMARK during normal business hours, weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Sundays 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. excluding holidays, to order a new card.

You may not use e-mail to contact the credit union for such notification of a lost or stolen ATM card, check card, or credit card.
