From the north:

• Take I-95 southbound to the Vine Street Expressway (Route 676 ) westbound exit
• Take Route 676 westbound to the Broad Street exit. This exit will put you onto 15th Street
• Take 15th Street southbound to JFK Boulevard. (JFK Plaza (A.K.A. "Love Park") will be on your right side)
• Turn right onto JFK Boulevard eastbound
• Take JFK Boulevard to 18th Street (approximately three blocks). The Sterling Commerce Center (A.K.A. Sterling Apartment Homes) is on the right side, between 18th and 19th streets. TruMark Financial is on the outside mezzanine of the building

From the south:

Or, depending on traffic conditions

• Take Vine Street Expressway (Route 676) westbound to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway exit (This will put you on the Ben Franklin Parkway)
• Follow the Ben Franklin Parkway eastbound to 17th Street
• Make a right onto 17th Street southbound
• Follow 17th Street to JFK Boulevard
• Make a right onto JFK Boulevard eastboundd
• Take JFK Boulevard to 18th Street (one block). The Sterling Commerce Center (A.K.A. Sterling Apartment Homes) is on the right side, between 18th and 19th streets. TruMark Financial is on the outside mezzanine of the building
